Shipping / Cancellation Policy

Order Confirmation

Upon submission of your barter information, you'll receive a payment link via email for any cash incurred amount. We'll process your payment and send you confirmation of your purchase with authorization within 24-48 hours. If applicable, a GGhilton representative will also reach out to schedule delivery dates.

Order Shipment

At GGhilton, our inventory is typically within a 50 to 200 mile radius of our delivery/distribution area. However, you may receive your items earlier depending on your location. We'll send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you haven't received tracking information from us within 7 business days, please contact us at info@gghilton.com.

Cancellations & Refunds

At GGhilton, you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, the shipping fee (in cash) and a 15% non-refundable barter charge are non-refundable restocking fee.  However, you may exchange the unit, once available.  You (the buyer) will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
